(yes I know a couple of words are repeated, but these words are common and you will hear them a lot so it is best to keep them in your memory).

Structure Sentences: 

Neko=Cat 

  Example sentence: 
  Are wa Neko ga imasu=There is a cat over there. 

Tori=bird 
  Example sentence: 

Sore wa tori imasu=that is a bird 

Usagi=Bunny/rabbit 
  Example sentence: 

Watashi no name usage desu=My name is Usagi (rabbit/bunny) 

kagi=key(s) 
  Example sentence: 

kagi wa doko ni arimasu ka?=Where are the keys?

 Kawaii=cute

Example sentence: 

Sore wa kawaii desu=That (next to you) is so cute!
